These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NadiaDate (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a profile or use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and to keep your profile up to date. Creating a profile using a false identity, someone else's photos or information, or misleading details is strictly prohibited.

3. Profile review

Every profile submitted to NadiaDate is reviewed by a member of our team before it becomes visible to other users. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any profile that we reasonably believe is fake, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms, at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions
• Request or attempt to obtain money, gifts, or financial information from another member under false pretenses
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, advertising, or spam
• Attempt to circumvent our verification, security, or moderation systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service

5. No guarantee of outcome

NadiaDate helps facilitate introductions between members, but we do not guarantee that you will find a match, form a relationship, or achieve any particular outcome from using the Service. Interactions between members are the responsibility of those members. Nothing on this Service constitutes a promise or guarantee of finding love, companionship, or any specific result.

6. Your responsibility when meeting others

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, both online and in person. We strongly encourage you to exercise caution, verify information independently, and take reasonable safety precautions — including meeting in public places and informing a friend or family member — when meeting someone in person for the first time.

7. Fees and payments

Any current or future pricing for the Service will be clearly disclosed before you are charged. We do not charge members to message a mutual match; there are no hidden per-message fees. See our Refund Policy for details on any paid features.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NadiaDate is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to interactions with other members, the accuracy of any profile, or the outcome of any relationship formed through the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
