Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NadiaDate ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). By creating a profile or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

When you create a profile, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, age, city, email address, phone number, relationship preferences, and any details you choose to share about yourself. We also automatically collect limited technical information — such as browser type, device information, and general usage data — to help keep the Service secure and working properly.

2. How we use your information

3. We do not sell your data

NadiaDate does not sell, rent, or forward your personal data to third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose — under any circumstances. Your phone number and direct contact details are kept private and are only shared with another member once both of you have mutually agreed to connect.

4. Who can see your information

Your public profile information (such as your first name, age, city, and the details you choose to share) may be visible to other verified members once your profile is approved. Sensitive information — including your phone number and email address — is never shown publicly and is only exchanged between two members after both parties confirm they want to connect.

5. Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in storage and in transit, to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your data and to respond quickly if anything requires our attention.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your profile and associated personal data at any time — see Section 8 below.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the Service may not function properly without them.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain uses of it. You can request full deletion of your profile and personal data at any time by contacting us — see Section 10.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

10. Contact us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise any of your rights, please reach out through our Contact page. A real person will respond to your request.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
