This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for any paid features on NadiaDate. Creating a profile, browsing verified matches, and connecting with mutual matches is free — this policy applies only to any optional paid features we may offer now or in the future.

1. Free core features

Creating a profile, having it reviewed and verified, browsing matches, and exchanging contact details with a mutual match are, and will remain, free. There is nothing to refund for these core features because no payment is required to use them.

2. Paid features

If NadiaDate introduces optional paid features (such as profile boosts, premium visibility, or similar add-ons), the price and what is included will be clearly shown to you before you pay. By purchasing a paid feature, you agree to be charged the amount shown at the time of purchase.

3. Eligibility for a refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You were charged in error or charged twice for the same feature
• A paid feature you purchased failed to work as described due to a technical issue on our end
• You cancel a paid feature within 14 days of purchase and have not substantially used it

4. Non-refundable situations

Refunds will generally not be issued if:

• The paid feature was fully delivered and used as described
• Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use
• The refund request is made outside the applicable refund window described above

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us through our Contact page with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy as our paid features evolve. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
